Just a javascript code generates table of contents (ToC) for blogger and internal links with all headings.
This v3 supports the compose/HTML mode toggle
with a ToC composed by "external/pseudo-internal" links.

DON'T change the title of your post or page after the generation of ToC and internal links.

If you add new headings and you want to add a link in ToC, you have to add directly in HTML, both a link in your headings and in your ToC.

This post is just an example of the output.
